Kathy has been helping clients just like you sell and purchase real estate in Arizona for over 16 years.  An avid Triathlete, Cyclist and Runner, she credits much of her success to the same dedication and focus that is needed to compete in athletics.   With a never say never attitude, and a friendly disposition, her clients rely on her winning negotiation skills during each Real estate transaction.   This, combined with integrity, a passion for customer service and an intense knowledge of the Real Estate market, is why Kathy is recognized year after year as one of the top agents in Phoenix.

Educated and Knowlegable

Kathy strives to stay on top of her game.  She earned a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA in Marketing from St. Louis University.  She is among only 1% of agents nationwide who have the distinction of holding all three “major” Realtor designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).   Most recently, she obtained her Broker’s license in both Arizona and Utah.

Personal Info

Married to Mike for almost 20 years, they have three children, Ali, Luke and Grace, all teenagers.   Kathy is entrenched in her community, volunteering at their schools and for their athletic teams and clubs.    As a mom of over 18 years, she has a great base for being understanding, patient and good at hand holding.
